Peggy Foley Jones is a distinguished Mediator and Arbitrator on leading ADR panels including the American Arbitration Association (AAA), Resolute Systems, Inc., Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and the U.S. EEOC Mediation program. Peggy serves on the AAA’s Employment, Commercial and Judicial panels and has been selected as a AAA Master Mediator.
Peggy has extensive ADR training and is known for her commitment to the ADR process, inspiring and deepening her commitment as a frequent speaker on mediation and arbitration topics. Peggy is an active member of the American Bar Association (ABA), Supreme Court of Ohio’s Commission on Dispute Resolution, and the former Chair of the ADR Section of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (CMBA).
